  • After your session, we'll select the best images and professionally retouch them
  • Within 7-10 business days, you'll receive your final retouched images via a secure online gallery

Frequently Asked Questions

Your retouched images will be delivered via a secure online gallery within 5-7 business days after your session. You’ll be able to download your images directly from the gallery and share them on your preferred digital platforms. We can even provide custom sizes for you across different digital formats.

We kindly ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your session. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client and plan accordingly. Please refer to our booking terms and conditions for more information on our rescheduling and cancellation policies.

We recommend booking your session at least 1-2 weeks in advance to ensure availability. However, we understand that sometimes last-minute needs arise, so please don’t hesitate to reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

We offer Team Branding Sessions tailored to accommodate groups. We can either come to your office with our mobile studio setup or host your team at our studio in Penrith. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs, and we’ll be happy to create a customised plan for your team.

The number of images you receive depends on your chosen package. Our Expression package includes 3 retouched images, while our Signature package provides 5 retouched images. With our Premier package, you’ll receive a comprehensive digital gallery of your session.

If you have specific props or accessories that reflect your personal brand or profession, feel free to bring them along. We encourage you to discuss your ideas with us beforehand so we can plan accordingly and ensure a seamless incorporation into your shots.

We recommend wearing solid colours that complement your skin tone and avoid busy patterns or logos. Bring a few different outfit options so we can help you choose the most flattering look. We also suggest bringing a hairbrush, makeup for touch-ups, and any other personal grooming items you may need.

The duration of your session depends on the package you choose. Our Expression package includes a 15-minute session, while our Signature package offers a 30-minute session. For our Premier package, sessions typically last 60 minutes.
